Once a candidate’s credentials and documentation have been verified, and they have passed the interview part of the process with Workvantage, we will create a file for each prospect, so that the employer has everything they need to verify a candidate’s qualifications first-hand.
Once a list of candidates has been shortlisted and verified, we will share the dossiers compiled with the employer, so that employers may have the freedom to select from the best profiles.
Employers will have the opportunity to meet with the candidates for a video or in-person interview, where the employers will select the candidate(s) they want to hire.
